Working principle:
Used for sampling in the middle and upper part of the oil tank. Using the static rope,
the sampler spring cap can be lifted at the required liquid level height, and the medium can enter the sampler.
Precautions:
When sampling flammable and explosive liquids, please use anti-static cotton rope.
How to use:
1. One end of the anti-static sampling rope should be firmly grounded, and the other end should be firmly connected to the controllable sampler;
2. Touch the storage tank with your hand before sampling to eliminate static electricity;
3. Drop the sampler to the sampling position at a uniform speed (no more than 1 m/s).
When the liquid level of the sample to be taken is reached, try to find the electrostatic sampling rope and control the opening of the sampler bottle mouth.
When there are no bubbles, push out the controllable sampler and transfer the sample to complete the sample collection.
After the sampling is completed, the sample will be dried and stored;
When taking out the sampler, try not to touch the metal can to avoid static discharge;
During the entire sampling process, the sampler, anti-static sampling rope and grounding point
must be firmly connected to facilitate smooth conduction and elimination of static electricity.
